The Hall Tree arrived well packed and in great condition. All the parts were on the box. There was a lot of parts, but my husband had no trouble putting it together. It took a few hours, but when it was done I Love it. I am glad it's wood , and no metal except for the hanging hooks. It's a nice size and it fits perfect where we put it near our front door. It's a GOOD CHOICE.... Linda. Rochester Ny. Mon Oct 05 2026

This item is as described. Typical quality for a diy assembly. You will need to get your own screws for the coat hooks. The ones provided didn't even hold the hooks on to the wood so I had to use my own longer screws to attach the hooks so that they could hold the weight of fall coats. We'll see how they hold up come winter coat season. Otherwise for the price point, it is serving its purpose and seems pretty sturdy.. Noelle. Philadelphia, PA. Fri Oct 09 2026

This Hall Tree came quick and is well-made and sturdy. The instructions were not good, so it took about three hours for 2 people to assemble, as there was lots of screws. The color is a little more off-white/warm white. I did 99% of building it on my own, but it does take a second person for one step. Overall, the product looks sturdy, there are a few components that feel flimsy and cheap - the doors don't sit symmetrically no matter what I do. I plan to cover the bench seat with a fabric cushion for some contrast. Overall, happy with my purchase given the price point.. Anni. St. Hedwig, TX. Fri Jun 05 2026
