Product arrived in 2 different packages, one arrived about 3 days after the other. Can be important to know for time management purposes. The sofa is very comfortable, the cushions are nice and plump enough to feel like you are sinking into them. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. I would say that the assembly wasn’t the best though, some of the wooden framing hindered certain screws and bolts from actually being screwed in all the way. I needed to use a drill bit to kind of widen the hole a bit, which worked, but it shouldn’t have been necessary. ComfortablyPrice Ratio is what warrants the 4 star rating.. Chris. Sat Oct 03 2026

Bought it for my child’s new media room space, it’s exactly what we were hoping for. The inner coils bring great support. We let it expand for 24 hours, then steamed it a bit in the spots that were still indented or tight. We bought this one even though the full sofa was too wide of the space because the price couldn’t be beat for a coiled boneless sofa - we used one section in her room as a phone center. Our goal was a u-shaped media room sofa, she’s very happy 7-year-old. It’s large and comfortable enough for me to sit on as an adult - but for me, it would be a bit low for a traditional living room piece. Ours is “right-hand facing” - when I stand in front of it to take photos, the chaise is on my right. The pieces do not connect, they are just pushed together - however, the pieces are surprisingly heavy and don’t budge freely.. Che. Trophy Club, TX. Sun Oct 04 2026

Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. I’d definitely recommend it!. Madison. Tue Jul 28 2026
