The worst experience! I ordered this product on May 1st. It wasn’t shipped for several weeks and I reached out to virtual assist, emailed and called with no results u til another attempt was made. They finally shipped the product and it was lost in transit. The product was reordered and shipped. I only received a part of the coat rac and it was very poorly packaged! I reached out to wayfair again to ask if the remaining g part of the coat rack is on its way and if not I requested a refund. I have not received a response. It is now July 7th.
