I ordered this to work as a sofa protector which it works well for. Two sides are scalloped and two sides have fringe. It’s a nice thick yet soft material. The reason for the 4 stars comes down to the washing instructions. After translating I believe you can machine wash it but it’s hang dry only. I like the dedicated couch cover idea more than I like having an actual cover on the nice white couch we have. That being said, this one does seem to stay in place better than the previous throw blanket we were using and I like it for that reason. I’m not in love with the pattern, but I wanted a white tone that would blend in better with the other colorful pops of furniture I have. One thing that threw me off was I thought this thing would have dedicated arm rest sides and drape over only the back and the sides, but it is a literal rectangle blanket, and so it still actually looks like the couch is covered with a blanket. I think this was a good purchase. The fabric is dense enough to be protective, but also lightweight enough where it’s gonna be easy to wash and dry. The only thing I was surprised about is I thought on the description it said it had some sort of backing on it to keep it in place which it really doesn’t.
