The Newington Counter-Height Dining Set offers comfortable sophistication for your dining room or breakfast nook. Inspired by midcentury-modern motifs, each piece features sleek, tapered legs for an unmistakably vintage vibe. Counter-height table legs and stools are durably crafted with solid rubberwood. The tabletop is veneered MDF. The 24" counter-height stools feature linen-like upholstery in a light-gray hue, plumped with comfortable cushioning. The set includes a table and 2 stools.

As everyone else has pointed out, the assembly instructions have nothing to desire. The cushion color is more a taupe-gray. The pic isn’t portraying that. I’ll probably recover sooner than later. The wood isn’t as attractive as the photos portray - it’s not walnut looking, but more like a non-grained wood. They’re comfortable enough. We’re keeping them because I like the overall style.. It’s really pretty looking dining set. The chairs came first and well packed then the table arrived 3 days later. It’s easy to assemble. I like the idea that I don’t have to take out the leaf extension , just fold and it goes underneath the table. This is a beautiful counter height table. The chairs with the leather seats are very comfortable. I needed a narrow table in a small kitchen area. The only think that makes it not perfect for me is that the way I have to have the table is to have the chairs ...2 on each side instead of one on each side and end. If this were a pedalstal type table it would be better for me as it makes it difficult getting off the chair with the table legs. This all mainly because of the restricted size place the table is in. It is truly a great quality table and chairs though. If it could be in a little bigger space then no problem.. Debbie. Hiighlands Ranch, CO. Tue Sep 15 2026

it was easy to build following instructions though an electric allen wrench helps. The chairs are stable and feel fine for someone closer to max weight.
