It provides a convenient surface for a drink, lamp, or phone while also giving us some extra storage underneath. It helps keep everything looking a little more organized without adding another large piece of furniture. Assembly was straightforward, and once together, the table felt sturdy and stable. The simple design also makes it easy to fit in with different furniture and decor. It's not a huge table, which was exactly the point for us. These tables are very well made. A bit difficult to assemble as the holes for the predrilled bolts didn't quite line up. Also both table tops had the same finish blemish in the same location.
