This item was very disappointing. The assembly instructions were not clear as is typical of Wayfair products and the quality was overall poor. The fasteners were of poor quality and the finished result feels flimsy. The fastener screws for the hooks are a different color than the hook which is strange as this is a visible part of the unit.. Shoe slots don’t attach so they tilt and shift when there are no shoes. Hangers are cheap plastic and snap with too much weight. Otherwise a decent product for the cost.. Chip. Kinston, NC. Tue Mar 31 2026

This item does look like the picture. However, the hall tree came with several chips in the wood. The instructions were incomplete and missing parts thus taking about 3 hours to put together.
