This Della wood storage bench is crafted from solid wood and finished in oak. It has a bottom shelf for storage, great for shoes. The material has undergone an earth-friendly finishing process using multiple layers of polyurethane which makes the finish durable and easy to clean. This farmhouse bench is rustic but with clean lines. This would look awesome in any entryway, mudroom, front porch, or end of the bed!

We needed a small and simple bench for entry hallway. Most are much bigger so this works. Made of solid wood and looks nice, but rather plan. Only complaint is with the assembly technique of screwing in the bottom shelf with angular pre drilled holes, the shelf does not quite have a snug fit. Although this is a very labor-intensive piece to make, the tops are completely handmade using reclaimed wood from antique doors. The legs are hand-distressed in antiqued colors. Each one is unique and will vary slightly. We have this reclaimed top old door bench in three distressed colors. The color refers only to the color of the legs.

I needed a bench that was 14" or less in depth so as not to obstruct a wide hallway, and that's difficult to find. I looked at countless benches and read countless reviews. This is excellent quality, was packaged well and very easy to put together. You only have to attach the legs and a tool is provided. This is very sturdy and easily holds weight.
