I really liked the look and concept of this sleeper sofa, especially for a small space, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations once it arrived. The sofa is smaller than I anticipated, even after reviewing the listed dimensions. In addition, the backrest does not recline all the way back as expected, which limits its comfort and functionality as a sleeper. A Wayfair assembly technician came out and later returned to recheck the sofa to confirm whether the backrest could recline further. After re-inspection, it was confirmed that the sofa does not recline fully, so this was not an assembly issue. I appreciate that Wayfair is working to have this corrected, and their customer service and follow-up have been very responsive, which I do value.
