Great sofa ! Gives it a good lounge look for my Den area. Not to be comfortable firm and easy to wipe clean. Delvin. Slidell, LA. Thu Oct 29 2020

This sofa is just so perfect tor our great room with a window view to our lake. The height of the sofa back does not obscure the window. And it’s perfect for a wow statement. Absolutely love it!. Helene. New City, NY. Mon Aug 23 2021

Three of the pieces of this magnificent and gorgeous sectional couch came bent like the photo uploaded. I wrote a letter, sent many pictures, and even answered a previous survey. Not only have I not received any response regarding replacing the defective items, I have received no response whatsoever from anybody in all of Wayfair!. Nicole. Los Angeles, CA. Tue May 19 2020

The quality of the furniture is strictly ok but what baffles me is the packaging. When the product arrived, the legs were bent for 3 of the chairs which caused imbalance issues. This could have been avoided by proper packaging (use thermocol atleast) for an item worth over 2K. Now I either have to go through the hassle of return/replacement, or straighten them out myself which ruins the look. Sigh!. Anonymous. Phoenixville, PA. Mon Oct 12 2020

Beautiful sofa but a bit too firm for my taste. The seat is also not as deep as I would like and the back of the seat is a bit too low. But it really is a good looking sofa, quality is excellent.. Kin. Montville, NJ. Sat Nov 07 2020

Shipping took so long We would of gone with a custom made option from EQ3 if we knew VERY firm ...looks good but definitely not a comfy movie night or lazy day reading couch Local delivery company gets 5 stars plus ... they were amazing. Michelle. Winnipeg, MB. Sun Dec 22 2019

Purchased in white for an office waiting area. Looks very modern and adds a "cool factor" to the space. My client likes the look, but it is quite firm. Fine for a waiting room, not great for lounging.. Natalie. Fishers, IN. Sat Aug 20 2016

Seems high quality, nice design and comfortable. (on the firm side, which we like) The reason I give it 4 stars is that the back was lower than anticipated, so it does not make a good TV watching and lounging couch. It would be good for socializing and sitting when twisted to once side or another, perfect for an elbow to lean against it.. Jennifer. CO. Fri Nov 06 2020
