I needed something to sit on and an over night bed for guests. Bought Ordered the full size Barbados futon. It is a big piece of furniture but had the room for it. It is harder to operate than I thought it would be but plan for the guests to help me unfold and fold it. Love the drawers underneath. They are big enough to store the pillows and bedding to make up the bed. Also I apprciate the end tables having a choice of up or down.. Janet. Story City, IA. Tue Mar 23 2021

Great heavy frame. Took a bit to put all the pieces together but totally worth it. I love how it sits up a little straighter than our previous frame, more like a couch than a futon. And gives our spare room a bit more space. No need to pull away from the wall to use! Can’t go wrong g. Just be patient putting it together. Ksp. Indy. Sat Aug 17 2024

It arrived in 3 boxes; one came 3 days later than the others, but they sent an email letting us know this would happen. Assembly was a chore, and the written instructions are cryptic at best (confession: didn't watch the video). Also some of the barrel nuts had been thrown loosely in the box, separate from the sealed parts bag; we didn't find them till we were breaking down the boxes. However, despite these issues, once assembled, we really like the bed; good quality materials, folding from bed to couch works very well, and the bed is quite comfortable with an 8" mattress. . This listing is for the futon frame only,

I just got this and put it together so I can’t speak on durability yet but it arrived undamaged and is exactly what I was looking for. It’s pretty easy to use and feels sturdy. I got the cherry finish and it perfectly matches my other furniture in the room. As others mentioned the directions and labels aren’t completely accuratethe easiest but I just checked the set up video online whenever I got a little hung up. I didn’t have any issues with hardware or lining things up.. Paintedlady. NY. Thu Jul 08 2021

Frame came in three separate packages, all delivered over the span of a week by FedEx to the wrong address. Challenging assembly made more difficult by mislabeled parts, but after four hours of frustration, the futon looks great. Solid frame, relatively easy to maneuver. This is a replacement for an older (20 year old) Strata, and the design has clearly been improved. . Joan. Takoma Park, MD. Sat Aug 08 2020
