Absolutely gorgeous! I am extremely happy with this coffee table. It was easy to put together and is stunning. Reads blackish - Dark grayish depending on the light. This table has so much character with the water fall edge and beautiful grain. Looks high end both in design and materials. My only con is that the directions only mentioned adding glue to the wood dowel holes once in the beginning of the instructions. I missed it and so had to take the thing apart to go back and add the glue. This was my own oversight, but it would have been nice to be reminded to use the glue in each step.
