Globalement, j’en suis satisfait et je l’adore, sauf qu’un des fauteuils ne comporte pas les trous nécessaires pour fixer les accoudoirs, ce qui l’empêche d’être utilisable. J’ai contacté le service client, ils m’ont demandé des photos que j’ai envoyées, mais je n’ai eu aucun retour depuis, mais il me manque un fauteuil fonctionnel et je suis déçu.. Gp. Gatineau, QC. The set is beautiful. However, it took a long time to deliver. When it was delivered, the table was damaged. It required too many conversations to get a replacement ordered correctly. The Traditional Dining Collection features elegant styling decorative carvings and a combination of hardwood and veneers. The double pedestal dining table, upholstered chairs are all accented by decorative base and shell motifs.

The product is not worth the price paid for it. Two of the chairs were splintered as seen in the above pictures. The sliding mechanism to extend the table was broken and we were unable to attach the legs to the table itself until after we fixed the sliding mechanism. We were missing a washer and lock washer for one of our nails for the chairs. Also, three screws fell out of the table when we unpackaged the box with the table top. And then the cherry on top, some of the chairs after installed were wobbly. The product is most definitely not worth the price paid.. Anonymous. Wed Nov 20 2024

“The design looks good and the materials are acceptable. However, the packaging is relatively basic. There are many temporary fixing labels attached with staples. Glad I took a chance! It’s very nice and pretty much as expected except chairs cannot be pushed completely under table due to location of pedestals. However, pedestals’ location does not impede dining at table. Description and Wayfair photos did not show accurate color of table. However I called customer service and was assisted with actual color of table and chairs. Assembly service was good except chair wobbles due to all legs not level to ground.
