Craftmaster Ottomans & Poufs

Generously scaled with a classic traditional look, this cocktail ottoman is the perfect finishing touch to your room. It’s versatility allows you to kick up your feet, or you can use it as a design element by adding a tray and a few accessories. It also serves as additional seating when you entertain due to its plush cushioned top.

I received this ottoman and was to receive “white glove delivery”. I paid for this and the ottoman was left in the driveway in front of the garage door. The chair is due to deliver in a few weeks and I will be very disappointed if I am left to move that in my house. This is unacceptable and after already receiving terrible service on the first chair I ordered I am surprised this type of service happened yet again. The first chair was to have arrived in September and after the delivery date had come and gone I received a refund to my pay pal account with no explanation. The chair was out of stock and I was never informed. I had ordered 7 weeks prior and was expecting it. I have little confidence that the matching chair will arrive at all let alone in time for Thanksgiving Roberta Lux. Roberta. OH. Sun Nov 12 2023

Perfect! Exactly what we wanted!. Anonymous. Madison, GA. Sat Nov 29 2025

Unbelievable quality! I ordered samples of the fabric and then chose the fabric, leg color and nail head trim. This ottoman looks way more expensive than it is. I will order from this company again and again!. Rennie. Little Rock, AR. Thu Oct 09 2025

This ottoman is excellent quality. It is heavy and sturdy and well-built. The fabric is good quality and it elevates my basic living room with the tufted finishing on top. Should hold up to life with three kids and two dogs. Very pleased with this product. I have seen the same product with different fabric for 1000 more in local furniture show rooms.. Melaine. When less is more and simplicity equals chic, this cocktail ottoman rises to the top. Featuring a perfectly circular shape, hidden legs, and French seaming, it offers a clean and minimalist aesthetic that complements any style.

I think the workmanship on the ottoman is shoddy. Considering it came from North Carolina it is not acceptable the way that the foam under the top layer of fabric is bulging and can be seen. There is an overhang which means it was not cut properly. Terrible job.. Janeen. Lake Forest, CA. Tue Jan 03 2023

Fall in love with this large round cocktail ottoman. Featuring a plush top and tapered legs, you will adore the look and the feel of this in your home!

Multi color fabric goes well with my great room. The overall craftsmanship Looks great but is not..., the padding on top Is Not Quality! After just one use of having feet up on the ottoman there was visible foot indents noted and the fabric wrinkles . Now I have very noticeable indents over the entire ottoman regardless of frequently turning to attempt to make this piece of furniture last. For the price of the ottoman I would expect much more! My advice-look elsewhere for a quality ottoman!. Elizabeth Bailey C/o. Fort Wayne, IN. Wed May 29 2024
