This is a very solid piece and it looks fantastic. You should know it is smooth and only looks like there are ridges. I have a 55” tv on it for scale. The drawer is a little tight but seems to be loosening up with use. The assembly was fairly tedious and took over 4 hrs to complete, however in my opinion it is worth it. Take your time and take breaks because as you can see, the end result is beautiful. The measurements in the description are accurate.
