Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. Generous size, larger than expected. Soft yet firm cushion top. Fabric feels good, velvety. Ottoman will store two lap blankets nicely. Color of ottoman is the color that I saw online but the description stated BLUE, so I stepped out on a limb and ordered it, hoping it would be blue. It looks green or teal to me. I like the ottomans enough that I am keeping them and have ordered fabric to sew a top to match my existing chairs. The only negative is that the LEGS ARE PLASTIC and with a plastic molded tip. Can't remove the tip like I usually do with furniture legs, so I ordered wood legs online, and they fit perfectly. The ottomans have some weight to them, so I placed adhesive sliders under the legs so I can easily move them on the carpet.. Brenda. Caddo Mills, TX. Fri Sep 04 2026

This modular U-shaped sectional delivers a clean-lined silhouette and a spacious profile that’s a smart fit for your living room or media den. Many years on, this is still a great sofa. I have cats, and the fabric may honestly be about the best-case scenario for a cat household. As you can see in my admittedly dirty sofa photo, claws do occasionally pull up little loops, but they can easily be trimmed or pulled out with very little effect on the overall appearance of the fabric. The modular parts have held up extremely well too. We have reconfigured the sofa plenty of times over the years, and all of the hinges and connectors are still solid. The connectors are substantial metal pieces, not little plastic clips, and nothing has loosened up or broken with repeated use. The storage under the seats is still one of my favorite features. There is a surprising amount of room in there, and having storage built into basically every section makes the whole modular design much more useful. After years of regular use, pets, moving pieces around, opening and closing the storage, and generally not babying it, it has held up remarkably well. I would absolutely buy it again.. Skipp. US. Tue Sep 15 2026

Thought it was the full sectional. It wasn’t. However it was good quality and big for just being the corner piece.. John. Kissimmee, FL. Sat Aug 15 2026

They were so, so nice. But I must have missed the branding on these (belffin), so they were not compatible with my sofa. They were so soft and plush. I did ultimately return them to my local wayfair outlet store. Stacia. Sumter, SC. Mon May 18 2026

I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of this couch! As far as comfort goes, it’s just right, not too firm and not too soft. My husband was very nervous about me buying this and now he loves it and falls asleep on it every night! The fabric is a really nice lush quality true velvet. It cleans up super easy, I already had to spot clean it and I was super nervous about this color due to my dogs and kids but so far anything I had to spot clean came right out so easy. Plus the covers can be removed on the back cushions as well as the seat cushions to wash in the machine so you really can’t go wrong, if you’re like me and always wanted a cream color couch but never gave in because of your kids and dogs, you can finally take the plunge! I love how I can switch this around to make different configurations. This room was a traditional dining room with a big table and hutch but now it is a multifunction dendining roomspare room. I can turn the couch into a bed when guests come, and when I have a dinner party, the couch will be used as a dining bench with my Transformer table. I haven’t tested out the height to the table for that but if it’s a little too low, I plan on replacing all the feet with something a little taller and nicer with a warm wood tone that would elevate and make this look even more expensive. I’ve never ordered a couch online that came in a box but I’m telling you, this one is totally worth the money and looks way more expensive than it was. One thing I definitely recommend is using the steamer when you open it to smooth any wrinkles in the fabric from the cushions being compressed for shipping. As you can see compared to some of the other reviews, my couch is totally smooth. Super happy, if you’re nervous about all the same things I was, just do it, GET THE COUCH! Note-The photos make it look like the cushions are different colors almost but that is not the case, it is just the shadows playing off of the light.. Taunya. Long Island, NY. Mon Sep 28 2026

This modular sectional combines a classic silhouette with versatile functionality to anchor any living space. Built on a sturdy frame, it offers reliable support for daily use. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Happy With This Couch! I’m very happy with this couch! Shipping was fast, and everything arrived in great condition. The couch is very well made, with a sturdy base that feels solid and durable. The fabric is soft while still feeling like it will hold up well to everyday use. The cushions are on the firmer side, but I’m hoping they soften a little with time and use. I really like the overall design and functionality, especially for a U-shaped sectional with a pull-out sleeper and the two storage ottomans have ample storage for two large throw blankets and spare pillows. Easily sleeps someone over six feet tall. Most importantly, this couch fits really well in a smaller space without feeling too cramped. It looks great, feels sturdy, and offers a lot of functionality for the size. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it!. Carley. Edmonds, WA. Tue Sep 01 2026

We’re obsessed, it’s super deep and the storage is a big plus. We thought maybe the storage would make it harder but it’s so cushioned, we didn’t feel a difference. We preferred it L shaped so we only used 4 of the sections and then sold the last section as an individual ottoman.. Sonya. New York, NY. Thu Aug 06 2026
