The pictures were ok to put together, but at one point I realized I had part of the bottom box wall upsidedown and this was preventing me from being able to screw the base part to the shoe rack box part. I figured it out easily enough but someone may not notice the lineup is wrong like I did and have the same problem. Also, it is almost impossible to screw in one of the top bolts. Product is nice, assembly is pretty difficult. I have put together many pieces of furniture and there are many parts of this assembly that could go wrong. Loose/ partially assembled boards can break with flipping the unit over per the instructions. I needed myself and another person and some empty boxes just to ensure nothing broke when moving around to assemble. Be very careful when assembling this unit, instructions are pretty straightforward, but not for the faint of heart.
