This is my first Wayfair purchase. Ordering was easy. Communication regarding the order and delivery was efficient. Delivery was as scheduled by 2 polite individuals. When we unpackaged and assembled the table, we found a hairline crack in the base. I notified Wayfair and spoke with a polite and caring person. I sent her pictures and she notified a repair company to have someone come look at the table. The table is beautiful and I truly hope the crack is not a major concern and can be repaired on-site. I’m giving my experience with the product I ordered a 3 until I know the results of the table repair. The service I have received with this shopping experience so far is a 5.. Anonymous. The product is excellent. However, the delivery experience, it was way less than satisfying and it was far from a full service or a white glove.Good old service. they were nothing but i'm constantly complaining, saying they have to get paid more for heavy deliveries, they didn't align the glass with the base evenly. They didn't align the table centered.Despite me asking. styrofoam and cardboard was left all over the floor and they said to me, 99% of the customers, sweep it up themselves and that they had over 40 deliveries. That day and have no time. So I told them pretty much, that's fine, I'll do it just so they can get the f*** out of my house. lazy f**** the table was super heavy, so I had to wait for someone to come and help me position.
