It’s terrible, comes compressed, it’s not a bean bag at all it has pieces of thick filler, and idk how it’s gonna just turn into a bean bag… Looks absolutely nothing like the picture as far as size or volume.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 23 2026

When I received the box, the box was extremely heavy. I thought that this beanbag chair was gonna be very small because of how small the box was, but once opened and everything aired out, it is actually pretty big. I do not like the brown leather/plastic outer layer (I am not sure what it is) of the beanbag chair. It is very wrinkly. The instructions say to use a steamer, but I do not have that. I do not think that it is going to get smooth at all. It also has a very strong smell, I am hoping that that would go away soon. But besides that I love it and so does my son, he actually took it. It is very comfortable and soft. The back of the beanbag is supportive. Overall, it is a good purchase.. Nina. Baltimore. Sun Apr 19 2026

I am very disappointed,I ordered this chair for my new massage office and it was supposed to be normal sized and it was supposedly a swivel. It is very little and low to the ground and doesn’t swivel. They said I can’t return or exchange it because it’s been just over a month since i ordered it. So I’m just out the money and stuck with a chair I can’t use!. Anonymous. Sun Oct 18 2026

Great for the price. Not as fluffy as pictured but could be due to shipping. I don't think I'll use the convertible features because of how uneven the cushioning is. But overall a good floor chair for a toddler room.. Chella. Medford, OR. Fri Aug 07 2026

This is so nice! Very heavy, soft yet firm, there are 4 separate pillows, 2 arms, 1 the back, and 1 seat cushion. No directions though, so allow me to assist. Largest pillow, is the back of the chair, medium pillow is the seat cushion, smaller are for the arms. Don’t remotely believe the hype with one customer review below where the seat appears to be sunken in, in one area, possibly buyer error, wrong pillow in the wrong location. This isn’t even 24 hours of out of box into chair cover expansion, and the foam filling is still expanding. Full expansion takes 5-7 days. Separate ottoman expansion is now at 3 days.. Sickov Thebs. I ordered the king size so we have a portable bed for camping. It's so big, but I like it. I do recommend following the instructions to let the bed air out before use (at least a couple of days). It fluffed up twice in size after we laid it out. The pillow part is separate from the bedding and there's a zipper to attach the two pieces. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. We just have to figure out how to roll it up so it stays smooth in the cover.. Angela. Rochester, WA. Sat Jul 08 2023
