Nice chair overall. My only complaint is that the gold at the bottom has a very cheap gold look. I wish that it was more aesthetic, but it looks very cheap. Other than that it was very easy to put together and it is a very nice chair.. Jazz. Pine, CO. Wed Sep 30 2026

Took about 10 minutes to put together — a little more work than a regular rolling chair, but not too bad. Only giving it four stars because it came with a small rip in the arm. It’s hardly noticeable and Wayfair did send me a replacement, but I have to take most of the chair apart to replace the single piece. They also sent a full chair, so I could potentially just rebuild the new chair, but it feels a little wasteful — I wish they would send individual replacement pieces when things arrive damaged.. Erika. Tampa, FL. Thu Oct 01 2026

Finished with a breathable mesh back and built-in lumbar support, it promotes proper posture and comfort whether you're working from home or in the office.

This chair is lovely. Super comfy, plenty of leg room, easy to assemble. I only have it 4 stars instead of 5 bc the leather in one of the arms was punctured. I did reach out to customer service though and I’m sure it will be handled. The chair itself is great though. Lauren. Thu Sep 10 2026

The chair is really cute and comfy. The only issue is that I can’t actually sit criss cross because the seat isn’t deep enough. The double padding on the chair back takes up quite a bit of space. Lauren. Jamaica Plain, MA. Fri Jun 05 2026

Came very quickly and in one box. It was fairly easy to put together took me about 10-12 minutes - except for the instructions on the leg rest which was confusing. Its VERY sturdy and the legs, back, seat feel very high quality. Very comfortable seat overall even though the adjustments are a tiny bid hard to get to. I took off 1 star because in the description it says its leather, but it is actually PU leather and not real leather.. Aa. NC. Mon Aug 24 2026

This office chair is ergonomic and specially designed for long working days. It offers good support, making work comfortable and efficient

This Gesture chair was designed by Steelcase to be confident, intentional, and highly evolved with simple sophistication. The design was meant to inspire confidence that it would deliver a great experience time and time again. The key design driver was to fundamentally rethink the chair based on the movement of the human body and the way we work today. Gesture won the Neocon Gold Award in 2013.

Very happy with the colors I chose. Quality of material is high. It arrived pre-assembled in a giant box. It was well wrapped and there's not a nick or scratch on the chair. Since working from home I burnt through a $400 chair in 2.5 years. I decided to make the investment in a higher quality chair. So far when I sit in it my sciatica goes away and my body is just immediately comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and my feet can actually firmly be on the ground. Very happy that I went with the Gesture. It adjusts to fit my height and the arm rests come in closer. I think this chair would still be great for average height people, but it's adjustable so that it works for smaller builds too.. Sg. USA. Available in multiple color options, this chair easily complements a variety of interior styles, from traditional to contemporary settings.

This is a very pretty chair and is also quite comfortable, too. It was a breeze to assemble, went together in minutes! The tilt function isn't the best, though. there is not much of a reclining angle, unfortunately. The fabric isn't as soft as it looks in the pics, either. The blue color changes pretty drastically in different lights. I kind of like this feature, though. It will keep me from getting bored with it too quickly. *Update: Initially, I was pleased with this chair but after using it, some issues surfaced. The fabric is oddly scratchy and irritating to my skin and it has a really unpleasant chemical odor that gave me a headache after a few hours. I had to cover it with a blanket in order to use it, which obviously ruins my style aesthetic entirely. If I want to continue to use it, I will have to get some kind of chair cover and hope that the chemical smell dissipates.. Mary. Meridian, MS. Fri Jul 17 2026

LOVE this chair! Well made, sturdy, arrived well packaged, and easy to assemble. For those who do not already sit cross-legged, I would suggest allowing a period of time for your body to adjust to sitting easily in the posture. It is well worth the effort as a seated cross-legged position naturally allows the body to maintain a healthy posture. For me, I had already taken the time to learn to sit cross-legged before purchasing the chair and found that I did not need to raise the upper seat at all in order to achieve a comfortable seat. The main surface (where the crossed legs rest) is large and comfortable. I had to raise my desk about 3 inches in order to allow for my knees to go underneath the desk and my hands/arms to fall in a comfortable position to type. Again, well worth the adjustment. When I do sit for long periods of time, I experience fatigue in my back and core, but that is to be expected as those areas strengthen after sitting in a chair where I did not have to engage those muscles. A pleasant surprise - the upper seat arrived with a cover which was not mentioned in the description. Highly recommend!. Sharon. Ephrata, PA. Wed Sep 27 2023

I LOVE my navy and silver task chair. The upholstery is perfect; very smooth for my sensitive skin.
