Shipping was very, very quick. Assembly was fine except for the last screw in arm, took a little wrangling. The breathable mesh back promotes comfort during long hours. Enjoy the convenience of flip-up armrests, providing versatility for various tasks.

This is my husband's new office chair and he says it deserves way more than a 5. It was easy to assemble, it's beyond comfortable, it's a dual-tilt, and it actually lifts high enough to fit his desk (which is NOT a high desk, just that his previous chair was cheap). If I didn't make him leave his office for meals, he might never leave this chair!. Ashley. South Salt Lake, UT. Sun Dec 22 2019

This Gesture chair was designed by Steelcase to be confident, intentional, and highly evolved with simple sophistication. The design was meant to inspire confidence that it would deliver a great experience time and time again. The key design driver was to fundamentally rethink the chair based on the movement of the human body and the way we work today. Gesture won the Neocon Gold Award in 2013.

Very happy with the colors I chose. Quality of material is high. It arrived pre-assembled in a giant box. It was well wrapped and there's not a nick or scratch on the chair. Since working from home I burnt through a $400 chair in 2.5 years. I decided to make the investment in a higher quality chair. So far when I sit in it my sciatica goes away and my body is just immediately comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and my feet can actually firmly be on the ground. Very happy that I went with the Gesture. It adjusts to fit my height and the arm rests come in closer. I think this chair would still be great for average height people, but it's adjustable so that it works for smaller builds too.. Sg. USA. Thu Dec 08 2022

These chairs are very comfortable and built solid. We bought these chairs for our break room because we could not have chairs with arms. Arms on chairs would not fit under our table. These chairs are a great size for all size people. Kim. Arlington, TN. Sun Nov 10 2024

The Amia chair has a secret. Beneath the Amia chair's upholstery, inside its sleek backrest, there's a unique comfort system called live lumbar™ technology. You may not see it, but you'll certainly feel it. As you sit in the chair an adjustable live lumbar™ zone flexes with your every move for consistent ergonomic support for your lower back, hour after hour, day after day. The Amia chair was designed by Steelcase in collaboration with industrial designer, Thomas Overthin of IDEO.

I LOVE my navy and silver task chair. The upholstery is perfect; very smooth for my sensitive skin. I cannot believe how lucky I am to have this ergonomic task chair with all the bells and whistles that work so easily. The lumbar feels so good on my back. The arms are so flexible to move any which way I need them to. The casters are perfect for my hardwood floor; I can flip from one area of my desk to the other freely. It was so easy to take the well-protected chair out of the packaging. It is a fantastic buy. The entire experience was exceptional and I am thrilled. Thank you Wayfair for selling Steelcase and thank you Steelcase for still being the #1 manufacturer of task chairs after all these many years! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!. Carolishca. Lake Worth, FL. The soft curvature of our swivel desk chair envelopes the back for incredible comfort. The sleek upholstery and streamlined shape make it a versatile addition to any office space. It is both sturdy and cushy.

I really love this chair. I purchased the lightest fabric. It did take about 3-4 weeks to receive which is fine, I just want other people to expect a lead time. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5-star rating is because the wheels have a seam on them and it put gouge marks in my wood floor. I purchased a rug and rug pad, so I’m not going to have further damage. The chair is VERY comfortable and I sit on it for long periods of time. I completely recommend this chair!!. Jennifer. Arlington Heights, IL. Sun Apr 20 2025

Work softer. This task chair showcases a sleek silhouette with inviting arms + cushiony, elevated upholstery – ideal for the home office that’s also a bedroom. Built with a solid wood frame, the seat swivels, tilts, and adjusts for height, while five metal wheels help you glide from nine to five.

The chair itself is extremely comfortable. Unlike other ergonomic chairs, the design and color are absolutely perfect. It offers plenty of features and adjustments, making it easy to dial in the perfect posture. However, whether the factory was backed up at the time or I was just unlucky, the first unit arrived with quite a few scratches, so I had to get a replacement. The new one still has a small scratch on the armrest, but I’m just going to keep it since I really don't want to go through the return process again.. Jungwoo. Lewisville, TX. Mon Aug 03 2026
