So far so good. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. I'm only 5'5" tall and are two low when folded in the down position. * Construction of seat bottom looks substandard and not very well done. We will see how it stands the test of time.. Jose. FL. well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. Took about 10 minutes to put together — a little more work than a regular rolling chair, but not too bad. Only giving it four stars because it came with a small rip in the arm. It’s hardly noticeable and Wayfair did send me a replacement, but I have to take most of the chair apart to replace the single piece. They also sent a full chair, so I could potentially just rebuild the new chair, but it feels a little wasteful — I wish they would send individual replacement pieces when things arrive damaged.. The chair was pretty easy to put together and looks great in our home office. It is big and comfortable, my husband really likes it. Feels sturdy and I like the legs and wheels match the color of the chair. I would call it more of a taupe than beige as it definitely has some grey tones to it. But still a great neutral color.. Got this chair in black, it was packaged very well and assembly took one person about 15 minutes to complete. The seat back is very supportive and easy to put in fixed and recline position. The handles are also individually adjustable so it’s very easy to put this chair in a custom position. I highly recommend this for a comfortable customizable chair. Jaspreet. US. Mon Aug 03 2026

This is a nice chair that is comfortable and gets the job done. Most aspects are adjustable like the arms that raise the lumbar support (albeit little support and small adjustable range). It will not blow you away or impress with high quality, but it is not cheap. It lands somewhere in the middle of the quality spectrum. For example the lumbar support (pictured) along with the neck and some other key parts are just plastic and not incredibly sturdy. The base arrived well packed and bubble wrapped but still came with dings scratches (pictured) and the base cover slip is a very cheap ( dirty) piece of plastic that is meant to be permanently placed there per the instructions but appears a bit tacky. However the chair is very sturdy, and the wheels glide very well. The seat is a large base that has plentiful cushion and is a very comfortable seat. The reclining feature is nice as well with no worry of tipping over backwards.. Erik. Northbrook, IL. Thu May 29 2025

The M59AS dynamic lumbar support adjusts to your lower back, offering constant comfort whether you sit still or move throughout the day.

I’ve gone through a lot of office chairs and a lot of different styles. This looked a little bit intimidating to assemble for an office chair but it was very simple to put together. Everything was packaged and labeled really well. The base is VERY heavy and sturdy. The arm rests and adjustment in multiple ways which is really nice. My only negative would be the feel of the seat but I use a chair pad so it doesn’t bother me. Move been really happy with it is far.. Julia. WV. Sat Oct 03 2026

Very comfortable and stylish office chair. The brown leather gives it a modern, high-end look, and the seat and backrest have good cushioning. The adjustable armrests are a nice feature, and the chair feels sturdy and supportive. Great option for a home office, especially if you want something that looks nicer than a typical office chair..
