All of our Furniture is crafted using northern white cedar. We harvest our cedar locally from its Minnesota location. We even operate our own cedar saw mill that produces the lumber for our furniture! Northern white cedar is extremely light and quite soft, but boasts excellent decay resistance and strength despite these characteristics. For heavily used surfaces, we also offer an optional Armor or Liquid Glass finish to increase its lifespan! Armor finish provides a medium satin sheen, our premium quality, post-catalyzed, alkyd-amino varnish is formulated to offer superior durability, and UV protection. It helps prevent scratching and denting. Liquid Glass finish provides a high gloss sheen, this upgrade finish is made from a two-part epoxy. Equivalent to 50 coats of polyurethane, the finish is tough, yet flexible and not prone to shattering from impact.

Nice table that looks great in person. The top surface seems pretty solid, but the sides are pretty thin. Expected a bit more for the price. The drawers are only on one side and nice enough, though really hard to open. Overall very happy with the table, but like I said it’s a little overpriced.. Thomas. WA. Sat Apr 18 2020

Nothing compares to the unique beauty of hand-crafted Rustic Log Furniture. An excellent choice for a mountain lodge, cabin getaway, country cottage, and much more. Constructed by skilled Amish craftsmen, our Rustic Log Furniture is sanded and finished for beauty and durability. Sturdy and substantial, these items will last generations. Checking Information: Log Furniture is subject to the natural process of checking as the wood "seasons" and dries. Checking occurs as wood releases moisture across or through the annual growth rings - it does not affect the structural performance or the integrity of the wood. Checking adds unique beauty to the log furniture. Varying amounts of checking may occur on any given piece of cedar log furniture and cannot be controlled by the builder. Checking is not an indication of damaged furniture.

Artisan crafted of Mindi wood, each Ward coffee table is a symphony of swirls, knots, grain, and whorls. Our craftsmen work with the wood, not against it, by embracing and celebrating the material's intrinsic beauty. Like true works of art, no two will be identical.

The coffee table is a beautiful, unique, solid piece of craftmanship. The top has significantly more strands of red than the base of our table or as pictured in the promotion which isn't what I expected. Our base does look like the photos online. Overall, we are quite pleased!. Elizabeth. Deland, FL. Mon Aug 14 2023
