This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This couch has been an absolute GAME CHANGER! I was a little nervous about buying an oversized sectional online without sitting on it first, but I’m SO glad we took the chance. We absolutely love it. The kids love it. My husband loves it. Our two dogs love it. Basically, no one in this house wants to get off this couch. It is ridiculously comfortable. The dogs have taken countless naps on it, I’ve taken naps on it, and at this point I really don’t even want to leave the house. It’s perfect for stretching out, watching TV, hanging out with the family, or enjoying a bottle of wine… I mean, a glass of wine. Delivery was incredibly easy. It came right to our house on a FedEx truck, I tipped the driver 20 for helping us out, and setup took us about 30 minutes. Super simple. If you’re nervous about ordering a couch online without seeing or sitting on it first, DON’T BE with this one. It’s oversized, comfortable, easy to assemble, and has quickly become everyone’s favorite place in the house. 1010 — would absolutely buy again. Although apparently I may never leave my house again.. Elizabeth. Wilmington, IL. Sun Oct 04 2026

I cannot say enough good things about this sectional! I spent months looking at couches and was extremely hesitant to order one online without sitting on it first. The Brinsley ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The taupe color is absolutely beautiful in person. It’s the perfect warm neutral and works beautifully with the rest of our room. The corduroy fabric is incredibly soft and cozy, and the couch feels substantial without looking bulky. Having a home with pets, I needed something that could be comfortable and livable while still looking beautiful. This checks all of those boxes. It completely changed the look and feel of our living room and made the whole space feel warmer and more inviting. I’m very picky when it comes to furniture, and I genuinely love everything about this sectional. One of the best purchases we’ve made for our home!. Lindsay. Perrysburg, OH. Wed Aug 12 2026

Many years on, this is still a great sofa. I have cats, and the fabric may honestly be about the best-case scenario for a cat household. As you can see in my admittedly dirty sofa photo, claws do occasionally pull up little loops, but they can easily be trimmed or pulled out with very little effect on the overall appearance of the fabric. The modular parts have held up extremely well too. We have reconfigured the sofa plenty of times over the years, and all of the hinges and connectors are still solid. The connectors are substantial metal pieces, not little plastic clips, and nothing has loosened up or broken with repeated use. The storage under the seats is still one of my favorite features. There is a surprising amount of room in there, and having storage built into basically every section makes the whole modular design much more useful. After years of regular use, pets, moving pieces around, opening and closing the storage, and generally not babying it, it has held up remarkably well. I would absolutely buy it again.. Skipp. US. had issues with fedex shipping my couch, when the couch arrived, i was worried that it would be damaged since the boxes came wet heavily damaged. at first i was discouraged at assembling since the cushions looked flat and the couch was stiff but I decided to add memory foam into the cushion and fluff up the cushion, now they are comfy and the couch grew on me and i am in love with my couch. Overall, didn’t appareciate how difficult fedex was, they had sent the couch in 6 pieces - personally it should have arrived in all one go but at the same time i understand why it had to be sent in 6 pieces.
