So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

The color is excellent what I hoped for. Looks great in my home took my boyfriend a long time to put together. It is firm but not in a bad way. Don’t like how thin the back looks tho. Lakeitha. Long Beach, CA. Thu Sep 17 2026

Soft corduroy fabric covers foam cushions, while built-in pocket springs offer supportive seating across every seat. Generous size, larger than expected. Soft yet firm cushion top. Fabric feels good, velvety. Ottoman will store two lap blankets nicely. Color of ottoman is the color that I saw online but the description stated BLUE, so I stepped out on a limb and ordered it, hoping it would be blue. It looks green or teal to me. I like the ottomans enough that I am keeping them and have ordered fabric to sew a top to match my existing chairs. The only negative is that the LEGS ARE PLASTIC and with a plastic molded tip. Can't remove the tip like I usually do with furniture legs, so I ordered wood legs online, and they fit perfectly. The ottomans have some weight to them, so I placed adhesive sliders under the legs so I can easily move them on the carpet.. Brenda. Caddo Mills, TX. Fri Sep 04 2026

This couch is amazing. It’s extremely comfortable, fluffy so you can flop but firm so you don’t sink in. I did a lot of research finding this couch, and I’m so glad I picked this one. It’s not too low disputing what some reviews say. It’s soft, the material is durable, and it was really easy to put together. I got it on sale for 50% off and it feels like a $1500 is suppose to feel so only getting it for $800 feels like a total steal. I would recommend this couch to anyone. We were able to sit on it and fall in love as soon as we built it and it just got better and better. I sit on it every chance I get and will definitely be buying for latitude run again. Many years on, this is still a great sofa. I have cats, and the fabric may honestly be about the best-case scenario for a cat household. As you can see in my admittedly dirty sofa photo, claws do occasionally pull up little loops, but they can easily be trimmed or pulled out with very little effect on the overall appearance of the fabric. The modular parts have held up extremely well too. We have reconfigured the sofa plenty of times over the years, and all of the hinges and connectors are still solid. The connectors are substantial metal pieces, not little plastic clips, and nothing has loosened up or broken with repeated use. The storage under the seats is still one of my favorite features. There is a surprising amount of room in there, and having storage built into basically every section makes the whole modular design much more useful. After years of regular use, pets, moving pieces around, opening and closing the storage, and generally not babying it, it has held up remarkably well. I would absolutely buy it again.. Skipp. US.
