I chose the brown wood color and it looks great. It took 2 persons about an hour to assemble. I used an electric Phillips head screw driver instead of the manual one included. The side and front wainscoting panels, beveled edge top, and brushed nickel knobs add to the refined look of this handsome piece. What’s more, a rolling caster underneath keeps this table stable when the file drawer is open. Top with decor or use it as an extension of your workspace. Partial assembly is required.

The file cabinet is a nice style and size. The directions are only in drawings, so it took me installing one side incorrectly and undoing it to get it put together correctly. Make certain you install the wooden dowel plugs before you install the screws. Make sure when assembling the small drawer that you start assembling it with the right side too. :/ The cabinet was packaged well, but mine still had a couple scratches on the top. Not bad enough for me to return it, but annoying to me. The drawer for the files has an added wheel that installs on the front bottom center. We'll see if that is to prevent the drawer from breaking and how well the cabinet holds up to regular wear and tear over time.. Pamela. USA. Wed Jul 30 2025
