Lorps did a great job assembling this unit by himself. It took him 3hrs and 15 minutes to complete this unit but was given 90 minutes to complete and your representatives kept interfering with nuisance call s and texts asking when he would be done. Whoever assigned this job and time limit given initially clearly had no insight into how difficult this project is done solo. Treating your help this way shows ignorance and lack of respect for the worker. Lorps never paused the whole time he was here and had to create some reposting of the unit to hold pieces together while other pieces were being assembled. Getting them to hang straight and close smoothly required trial and error. A second pair of hands is highly recommended for this specific step. I would give this zero stars if possible. This is a poorly designed product. I would urge everyone to not purchase. The only reason I didn’t return was the hassle to repackage. The unit was scratched and had a large crack in it. When mounted to a wall there is no room to access a wall plug, making it useless. I had to DIY modify it to make it work. It also makes no sense why it’s designed with screw couplers on top, making them permanently visible. The also have to be constantly tightened. Lastly, the bottom shelf sags and has no support to hold any weight. I had to modify it so that it was attached to the upper shelves. Again, a cheap, poorly designed unit. This TV console turned out exactly how I envisioned it! I have a 75-inch TV and purchased two of these consoles to create a longer, custom built-in look. I do recommend purchasing L-brackets for extra support. Before adding them, the center section sagged slightly, but once the brackets were installed, everything was sturdy and perfectly level. We also made several custom modifications to fit our setup. We added Govee lights, drilled holes for cable, and created openings inside each cabinet to route all of the wires through, which gave everything a clean, seamless appearance. I really love the style of this piece. The rounded edges and accents are really stunning. The back side did arrive cracked but once assemble it is hidden from view, so not a huge deal.
