This is a tough one. I’m basing my 4-star review on the product not the process. I’d give the process 2 stars. While the table was shipped to me in brilliant packaging (the largest circular pieces of styrofoam you’ll ever see), and I assembled it in no time, the chairs were packed in a flimsy box that fell apart at some point in transit and was wrapped along the way in packing tape poorly, leaving a big hole through which the hardware (screws etc) fell out. While the manufacturer to their credit did send me replacement parts, it took weeks! The product itself only took a few days but the replacement parts apparently had to come all the way from China. It was very frustrating. Then when I finally got them I realized that the pre-drilled holes on the seat back of one chair was misaligned, but I just accepted it and only used 3 instead of 4 screws and it seems to be holding fine. Overall, it looks great and is what I wanted but that annoyance makes me remove one star.. Anonymous. Wed Oct 07 2026

The table is just what I needed. The size is perfect and it’s a beautiful dining set. Packaged nicely and nothing was damaged. Chairs were easy to put together. However, hardware needed to complete table was missing. I contacted Wayfair and the part was ordered without issue. I checked the status on the hardware today and it says delayed. So far from what I could put together this dining set was definitely worth the sale price. I would have given 5 stars but hardware was missing to complete the table.. Thelma. Philadelphia, PA. This 5 piece rectangle dining room set can effortlessly blend in various decor styles, including mid-century, farmhouse, and traditional. It is perfect for the dining room, kitchen, restaurant, living room and more.

I purchased this dining set in December, and overall I’m very happy with it. The table itself is beautiful, feels like good quality, and was surprisingly easy to assemble. It ended up being a little smaller than I expected, but it works well for my space and still seats four comfortably. My biggest complaint is the chairs. They were much more difficult to assemble than the table, and after about seven months of normal use, I’ve already had to go back and tighten several of the bolts because the chairs became loose and wobbly. I’m hoping this isn’t something I’ll have to do on a regular basis or eventually have to replace the chairs because of it. Overall, I still love the look of this dining set and think it’s a great value, but I do wish the chairs were built a little more sturdily. If the chair issue is addressed, I would definitely recommend it.. Keisha. Indiana. Sat Aug 22 2026
