The cushions are vacuum-compressed for packaging. Before installation, please firmly pat the cushions to help the silk cotton quickly expand and fill the entire cushion. It usually takes 2-3 days for cushions to fully plump up to optimal state.

It is just the size I needed. I was surprised at how easily and quickly I put it together by myself. Only needed help setting it upright and moving it to the rug. The color is perfect with my rug and I like that my feet easily rest on the floor. I do use pillows when I am going to sit for a while as the foam is a little thin.. Loretta. Minden, LA. This trying to bed was just what I was looking for. I have a piece of furniture when it's not being used. I looked at the Murphy beds but then it's just a cabinet. This gives you something to sit on. I love it. I'm very easy to slide out on the bottom bed. I did hire somebody to put it together which is a smart move to do. It took him an hour and a half. It would have taken me a day.
