Overall we really like this couch!! We didn’t realize that the cream color one doesn’t come with the arms to open and close the ottomans, there’s just wooden boards that run over the compartments and work as the structure for the seats. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option.
