This mount is well made and easy to install. Only part I couldn't do myself was lifting a 75 inch TV, but that was the only step that required a buddy. The motor is very quiet. This stand will serve the purpose in a garage man cave as planned but it does not seem to be as sturdy as advertised. The tray is slanted so nothing stays on it which makes it kind of a waste of space. Wheels are great to have to move it around as needed.
