Customers praise the product for its comfort, ease of assembly, and attractive appearance. Many reviewers highlight the generous size, noting it comfortably seats multiple people and is larger than expected. The softness of the material is frequently mentioned as a positive attribute. However, some customers find the product sits low to the ground and wish the back cushions were thicker or fluffier. Opinions on firmness are mixed, with some appreciating it and others preferring a plusher feel.
