Customers find the product to be comfortable and sturdy, with a pleasing appearance. Many appreciate that the items arrive fully assembled, offering good value for the price. However, some users report that the seats are not comfortable for extended periods and that the footrest is positioned too high, leading to discomfort for average or shorter individuals.
