Customers appreciate the attractive appearance of this product, describing it as beautiful, exquisite, and elegant. However, there are significant concerns regarding completeness and value, as many reviewers felt misled, expecting a full vanity set rather than just a stool and mirror. This has led to disappointment and the need to purchase the desk separately.
