Customers highly praise the product's beautiful appearance and stylish design, noting it looks glamorous and elegant. The functionality is also well-received, with reviewers appreciating its use as storage, seating, and leg support, and the larger ottoman's lid doubling as a table. While most find the size perfect, some have mixed feelings, with one reviewer noting it was small and another mentioning the large ottoman was huge while the smaller one was perfect. There are also mixed opinions on the design, with one customer reporting a scratch on the gold trim.
