It started out very badly, as the 4 giant boxes were left at my front door. I had received a text message early that morning with an option to "upgrade" to indoor delivery. I paid to upgrade to indoor and somehow, this was not conveyed to the delivery team. The delivery team went back after I explained this and moved the boxes inside. I am grateful they cam back.

It looks beautiful, perfect size for my basement, good color and quality. However, they didn’t deliver all the pieces, the delivery guys told me one piece was not deliver to them. The delivery team was excellent though, perfect timing, quick deliver to the room and very respectful.

Firm feel which is nice. Quality is excellent and arrived well passages.

The sofa is big and great, one thing we noticed is that it is very firm and not soft at all. I don't think we mind but it certainly something to consider. It was delivered on time and I attached the pieces together in no time.
