About This Product

This daybed provides a streamlined solution for lounging by day and hosting guests by night. Its frame is made from steel and includes a system of slats that support your mattress without the need for a bulky box spring. This piece is ideal for a home office or guest room where maximizing floor space is a priority. The integrated pop-up trundle rests on smooth-rolling casters for easy movement and can be raised to create an even sleeping surface. It also features a powder-coated finish that stands up to daily use.

Features

Removable trundle bed allows for flexible arrangements in any guest area
Clean with a damp cloth to keep the metal frame looking fresh
Low profile design works well in smaller rooms with limited floor space
Pop-up mechanism quickly transforms the unit into a larger sleeping area
The top rail/frame tubing is 1.5"" in diameter. The rails with the spindles between them are 0.75"" in diameter.
When the trundle is up a size sheet will fit, but not exactly as it would for a king-size mattress. A king-size mattress is 76"W x 80" L. The sleeping area for the daybed with trundle up is two standard twins (39" W x 75" L each), which together make 75" W x 78" L so there will be just a small amount of extra room in the sheet due to the difference in the mattress sizes.

Customers say

Customers generally find the product easy to assemble, with many praising its sturdy construction and attractive appearance. The versatility of the pop-up trundle, allowing for twin beds or a king-sized configuration, is a frequently highlighted positive feature. However, some users have noted that the "white" color is more of an off-white or cream, and assembly can be time-consuming and physically demanding due to numerous small plastic parts.
