Customers find the product to be sturdy and elegant, with many appreciating its appearance and the added storage provided by shelves and drawers. The wheels are also a noted positive feature, offering mobility and the ability to lock in place. However, assembly is frequently described as complicated, tedious, and time-consuming, with some reviews indicating difficulties due to the product's weight and the need for two people. There are also concerns about the material not being solid wood as described, with one reviewer noting it was made of compressed sawdust MDF panels with a photographic veneer.
