Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and high quality, noting that it looks just like the photos and is well-made. The pillow is described as comfortable, with perfect colors that complement other decor. While the linen material is generally appreciated for its quality, some reviewers found it not very soft. One customer mentioned that the seams on one pillow split, but a replacement was obtained.
