Customers praise the product for its attractive appearance, beautiful color options, and comfortable, supportive seating. Many appreciate its compact size, which fits well in small spaces, alongside its easy assembly and great value for the price. However, some customers have mixed opinions regarding firmness, noting that the cushions feel quite stiff, and mention that the chair is on the smaller side.
