My sister moved into a new (actual brand new) apartment. Since they were just built the lease forbids any nailing/screwing into any walls. She wanted to mount her bedroom TV onto the wall. We have put it up and it looks great! Really finishes off the frame tv and is easy to assemble, but you do need to pay attention to the instructions included. I cannot believe how it makes the screen look like a piece of art. Definitely worth the cost especially if your tv is the main focal point of the room.
