Customers find the product to be sturdy and appreciate its color, noting it is darker than pictured but matches well. However, assembly is frequently described as difficult due to unclear instructions and the need for pre-drilled holes. Some customers also report issues with components, with one noting the absence of drawers as pictured, and others experiencing damage or poor quality materials, leading to concerns about value.
