Customers appreciate the product's appearance, with many finding it attractive and as pictured. The value is also frequently highlighted, with reviewers noting its affordability compared to similar items. However, opinions are mixed regarding size, with some finding it fits perfectly in smaller rooms, while others report it is larger than expected or does not fit standard mattress sizes. Assembly is another area with mixed feedback; some found it clear and manageable, while others experienced difficulties due to unclear instructions, missing parts, or the need for additional tools. Quality concerns were also raised, with some reviewers expressing worry about the durability of the slats and center support, and others describing the product as cheaply made.
