This bookshelf was fairly difficult to put together, but it looks nice when it’s finished. Goes well in my guest room under the TV.

Don’t bother paying the extra money for assembly assistance. For the second time in a row my appointment has been canceled less than 24 hours in advance. (And the prior appointment was canceled two hours before the scheduled time. I will never buy another thing from Wayfair. And they refuse to refund the extra 89 for the inconvenience. And yes, I’ve already talked to the service department. Absolutely zero help. Mind you, if you cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you are charged a 25 fee.

Product received was damaged, made multiple calls for return. Still not received refund for assembly charges after more than two weeks. Will not buy from Wayfair again.

Had a few issue with scratches but Wayfair is very customer oriented and took charge in making it right. They are not as sturdy as I had hoped but they look fantastic.

Great shelf, a little challenging to put together but I love it.

The dowels did not fit the holes drilled for them. Far too small. It was impossible to link pieces together. Like a house of cards. The directions said We should use a rubber mallet to tap the dowels into place. Finally I got creative, used colored paneling brads to tack it all in place until the last few steps, when cams and pins could hold it all together. Also some of the veneer is cracked and peeling. The design is fine. Execution is shabby.

Made badly. Peg holes too big, had to shove toothpicks in holes. End piece came split, I wanted to send back but my husband glued and clamped it and it is against the wall. Back panels had a watery coat of paint. You could see the tan wood so I painted 2 coats of white and now looks good. Disgusted to pay this kind of money and then have to repair and paint. The good news is it looks great and fits our space. It is solid wood and heavy duty. I would say only buy this if you are handy.

Excellent piece of furniture well made easy assembly

Should have read the reviews about how difficult it is to put together. I've ordered quite a few book cases and pieces of furniture recently, and this is by far the most frustrating. The dowels are too small for the holes. You need at least 2 people to hold everything in place. The screws don't fit in all of the holes and stick out too much.

This shelf stand had worked in my bedroom and my living room. It’s made well and the different sized of the cubbies make everything on display look great. I love it!!!
