Customers find the product to be beautiful and elegant, with many praising its appearance and the sparkling crystal accents. It is considered a good value for the price, offering a luxurious look. However, there are significant challenges with compatibility, as customers struggle to find the correct European bulbs for the fixture. Assembly is also noted as time-consuming and difficult, with some experiencing issues with misaligned parts. Opinions on the size are mixed, with some finding it too small.
