Customers praise the product's comfort and stylish design, finding it visually appealing and a great addition to various rooms. However, assembly is frequently cited as difficult, with some reporting missing parts or flawed instructions. While many find the item sturdy and well-made, concerns exist regarding the cushion's firmness and the chair's tendency to tip.
