Customers appreciate the product's appearance, noting its beauty and natural wood tones. The material is also praised for being 100% wood, contributing to its sturdiness and weight. However, there are significant concerns regarding the color, which is frequently described as being different from the product images, often appearing yellow or whitewashed with yellow undertones.
