Customers generally praise the product's appearance and sturdiness, with many finding it easy to assemble. However, there are significant and recurring complaints regarding the quality of components, particularly with drawers that do not close properly, get stuck, or arrive damaged. This indicates mixed opinions on the overall quality and functionality of the furniture.
