Customers generally express positive sentiments regarding the product's comfort and overall impression, with many finding it comfortable and impressive. However, some reviews indicate that comfort can diminish over time, with cushions wearing out and seat depth being a concern for some. Additionally, there are mixed opinions on initial firmness, with some finding it a bit firm at first but ultimately comfortable. The chaise cushion's tendency to slide off is also noted as a minor issue.
