Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and sturdiness of this product, with many noting it looks more expensive than it is and holds up well over time. However, there are significant concerns regarding material quality, with multiple reviews indicating disappointment with the use of plastic and pressed wood, leading to issues like veneer peeling and plastic rubbing off on floors. Some customers also reported receiving damaged items.
